The main house has 3 bedrooms, with 2 queen size beds in each and twin beds in the third bedroom. The open kitchen and family room is bright and cheerful, with patio doors leading out to the fabulous deck. The deck leads to a beautiful lawn, great for badminton or a game of tag. There is a mowed path right down to the water's edge where you can launch your kayaks and go for an exciting paddle. The newly remodeled kitchen maintains its island charm with the caste iron cook stove left in place (not to worry, there is a modern gas stove to cook on). There is a dishwasher, too! There is a separate dining room and in addition to the comfy family room, there is also a more formal livingroom with a fireplace. There is a full bath on the first floor. There is a small office for those of you who just can't leave work at home. The three bedrooms are all upstairs, all with ocean views and hardwood floors. There is a half bath upstairs.

There is a two bedroom apartment attached to the house with a full kitchen, living room, bedroom and full bath all on the first floor. The living room has a beautiful fireplace. The second bedroom is upstairs. Connecting the two halves of the house is a large laundry room accessible to both living areas. The apartment will not be rented out to anyone but you and your guests, so your privacy will not be an issue. However, if you bring your inlaws or another couple with you, it allows each of you some separation and private time.

The main house is $2300/week and the (optional) apartment an additional $700/week.
