CHARMING HARBOR AND BAY VIEW HOME

You will love the location and charm of this his year-round recently renovated home located on Carver's Harbor with some of the most beautiful views of Carver's Harbor and the Penobscot Bay. There is a master bedroom with its own bath and deck over looking the Harbor and Bay. There are three bedrooms, one with a single bed, one with a double bed and one with a queen bed. There two bathrooms. The bathroom on the first floor has a large shower that is equipped for handicapped persons and a washer/dryer. The second floor bathroom is located in the master bedroom. There is a water view from almost every room and first and second floor decks from which you can watch the boats and the ferry come and go in the harbor. The house is harbor side (about 100 feet of just land between house and harbor) and has an unobstructed view but it is not technically waterfront. Outfitted with everything you need for a comfortable stay including 100% cotton linens, TV/VCR, well equiped kitchen and a grill on the back deck. It is simply decorated with local Island paintings and antiques. It is a 5-10 minute walk to Lanes Island Land Preserve in one direction and to the village center in the other. Rental times are Saturday to Saturday with a one week minimum. Well behaved pets are OK as long as they do not leave a trace. All previous tenants have been very pleased with their stay here.
