CHAUMIÈRE ON CLAMSHELL ALLEY

This cozy little house has a front row seat to the activities of our local lobstermen. With lobster shacks just across the street on the water front, this is a hub of activity during lobster season. An easy walk just a block away to the Down Street shops for groceries, ice cream, wine or a latte. There are several galleries in town for the art and artisan lover. It's just a short walk to the Nature Preserve on Lane's Island.

The galley kitchen is small, but adequate for steaming lobster and preparing meals for your small group. There are several really good restaurants within a block's walk. The 1st floor living room has a partial view of the harbor with a cozy windowseat ... a great place to curl up with a great summer read. There is a small dining area in the living room that can seat 3. There is a 3/4 bath on the 1st floor (with shower).

Upstairs there are 2 rooms, one with a full bed, the other with a single twin. There is also another 3/4 bath (with tub).

Washer and dryer in the basement. Seating out front. New medium-sized Weber grill available.
